User Accounts

Subscription and Payments
SiteSense offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
- Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice
- VAT will be added to UK customers as required by law
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSense Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimers
The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
- Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Service
- Does not warrant that the Service will be continuously available or error-free
- Does not warrant that the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
