To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Your Content: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

Our Content: Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

SiteSense offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice
• VAT will be added to UK customers as required by law

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSense Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Service
• Does not warrant that the Service will be continuously available or error-free
• Does not warrant that the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components
• Makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
